AAR is an invitation-only workshop for convention and exhibition marketing professionals.The roundtable provides 18 event marketers with the opportunity to share the latest tactics, technologies and best practices.

“I attended the inaugural AAR and I’ve sent several of my staff to subsequent AARs,” said Stephanie Robert, vice president of marketing and membership for the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions. “No two AARs are the same. Plus, the contacts we have made at AAR have resulted in new partnerships, saving us thousands of dollars.”
All AAR participants must qualify to attend and no more than two participants per organization may attend.


“I knew we identified a need when all of the Attendee Acquisition Roundtables for 2011 and 2012 sold out in a matter of weeks,” said Lippman.
The first participant from each organization will be charged $325 for the roundtable. The second participant will be charged $195
